Membership Drive Update #5

We are still trekking towards 800 member-owners and we can only get there (and beyond) with YOUR help!

As a community member you have the power to recruit your friends and neighbors, and to reach the people that we probably don’t. That being said…

Do you find yourself running into any of these questions, or others you can’t answer?

– “When will you open? Can’t I wait to join then?”
– “What is a food co-op anyway? Why is it any better than a traditional grocery store?”
– “What’s in it for me? What are the benefits?”
– “How do I sign up?”

If so, come to our Member Orientation & Volunteer Training on Monday, November 28th! The Member Orientation is a great way to learn or be refreshed on what being a co-op member is all about. The Volunteer Training will teach you how to talk about the co-op in a compelling way and explain the benefits. If each member-owner recruited just ONE more member, we would surpass a goal to get us to our capital campaign (1,500). Learn how to do that by attending this event!

WHAT: Member Orientation & Volunteer Training
WHEN: Mon 11/28, 6:30-8 p.m.
WHERE: Hangar 61, 8700 E. 21st Ave. in Stapleton, 2nd floor

Refreshments will be provided. Bring a friend who isn’t yet a member! Email with any questions.
